PodcastMail.io provides an automated service that uses Artificial Intelligence to convert text-based content (emails, PDFs) into audio podcasts.
Note: AI models can occasionally "hallucinate" or generate inaccurate information. We are not responsible for the factual accuracy of the generated audio content.
3. User Conduct & Content
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activity.
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines. You retain ownership of the original content you submit, but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of generating the audio.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodcastMail.io disclaims all liability for any loss of data, errors in generation, or damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
